The " License Agreement for Antiy Mobile Security AVL SDK " (hereinafter referred to as the "License Agreement") constitutes the legal agreement between the Licensee ("you") and Wuhan Antiy Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Antiy Mobile Security" or "We"). Hence read all terms and conditions carefully so as to comprehend all rights and obligations of the "License Agreement". You are not authorized to use AVL SDK and its service unless all terms within The Agreement have been read and accepted. (hereinafter referred to as "the service"); It is deemed that you agree with The Agreement and accept all terms and conditions hereinto once you start using AVL SDK for Mobile (hereinafter referred to as AVL SDK) through MIUI. If you are under eighteen years old, please read The Agreement accompanied by legal guardians.

The service hereinafter refers to the malicious code detection and URL security detection service implemented by AVL SDK of Antiy Mobile Security through softwares which installed in including but not limited to mobile terminals. Antiy Mobile Security authorizes you the license of non-captive, non-transferrable usage of the service.
A. All intellectual property rights and information related to the service, which including but not limited to relative data, are legally owned by Antiy Mobile Security and are currently under the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China , the Berne Convention, the World Copyright Convention and other intellectual property fields protection of effective laws and regulations.
B. All other rights not licensed expressly within The Agreement are still owned by Antiy Mobile Security and users are required to be licensed in written form when using other rights hereinbefore.
Once your conduct or attempt violating the following acts, Antiy Mobile Security reserves the right to terminate The Agreement and your access permission of the service:
A. Obtaining source code by way of reserve-enginerring, disassembling, decompiling and altering any resource compiled within the internal program, except this term are expressly prohibited within current effective laws;
B. Tracking or monitoring any personal locations or activities by any way of using the service with no expressly agreement and permission;
C. Copying, selling, reselling of AVL SDK for any commercial object;
D. Communicating any information of illegal, false, harassing, libelous, menacing, harmful, defiant, violating relevant laws and regulations concerning state security or state secrets.
It is a basic principle for Antiy Mobile Security to protect users' privacy. Antiy Mobile Security realizes profoundly the importance of personal privacy, hence all information collected by AVL SDK do not include your personal sensitive information. All the information hereinbefore are collected for confirming sources of problems so as to improve AVL SDK and to optimize the service. Without your consent, we will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization or individual other than Antiy Mobile Security, except as otherwise by provision of laws and regulations. To protect the security of your personal information, we will encrypt, transmit and store the information that you explicitly agree with us to collect. We collect, transmit and use your information in detail as follows.
1、Virus detection and killing. This function provides you with the function of discovering whether there is a virus in the mobile device environment, and ensures the security of your mobile device. In order to provide you with a better and continuously optimized virus detection capability, we will collect your equipment and system information (device type, system version, device logo code, local IP), function information (virus detection time, time-consuming, error information), software information (including software components HASH, name, package name, version , size etc.), software scanning result information (detection result type, virus name).
2、URL detection. This function provides you with the function of security detection of the URLs you visit ,to protect you from the harm and influence of fishing, fraud and bad information. In order to provide you with better and continuous optimization of URL detection capabilities, we will collect your equipment and system information (same with term 1, the relevant information described by virus detection and killing), detection information (detection time, detection URL) and URL detection results information.
Antiy Mobile Security will use various security technologies and systems to protect your personal information. After encrypting the information we collected, it will be uploaded to the server through HTTPS post to ensure the information security in the transmission process.
We store your personal information only within the shortest time limit necessary for the purposes of this Agreement and the time limit required by laws and regulations. If we store your personal information for more than two years, we will destroy it directly.
If you have any questions, opinions, suggestions about our Declaration of privacy protection and the processing of your personal information， or requests to delete your personal information, please contact us by the following means. We will reply and process it within 15 working days.

According to relevant laws and regulations, collecting and processing your personal information in the following situations does not require your authorized consent:
A. Users confirm to comprehend all service functions of AVL SDK and all necessary operations offered by Antiy Mobile Security, to choose and use AVL SDK and its service voluntarily, and to bear all risks and consequences by using the service. Antiy Mobile Security holds no liability for all hereinabove.
B. Antiy Mobile Security holds no liability for damages and risks caused by either using or not using the service within the largest scope of laws in force, including but not limited to direct or indirect personal damages, losses of commercial benefits, interruption of trade, missing of business information and other economic losses.
C. Antiy Mobile Security holds no liability for damages caused by force majeure such as the breakdown of telecommunication system or the Internet, computer failures or viruses, information damages or losses, and so forth.
D. Antiy Mobile Security reserves the right to implement on the following actions including but not limited to suspension of licensing, termination of service, limitation of usage, and legal actions if users violate The Agreement and cause damages and losses of Antiy Mobile Security.
A. The Agreement is protected by laws in China, copyright laws in other countries, international covenant, and other applied laws in the countries or districts using the service.
B. Any dispute caused by or related to The Agreement should be negotiated and settled by each party friendly; otherwise either party may submit the dispute to the court whereAntiy Mobile Security located for litigation.
A. Any term within The Agreement which is completely or partly invalid or legally non-enforceable for any reason, or in violation of any applied laws, should be redeemed as deleted; in the meantime all other terms should remain valid and enforceable.
B. Antiy Mobile Security reserves the right of amending The Agreement on the occasion of changes of laws and regulations, adjustment of the company's business status and operation strategies. The amended agreement will be announced and attached into AVL SDK. Any dispute should refer to the latest updated version of The Agreement. Users can terminate the usage of AVL SDK and its service voluntarily if disagree with the amended agreement. The continuous usage of AVL SDK and its service by users is redeemed as users' acceptance for the amended agreement.
C. Antiy Mobile Security reserves the right of final explanation and amendment within the largest scope of law in force.
This License Agreement version is updated on August 15, 2019 and will enter into force on August 15, 2019.
